wow, after reading your explanation and then watching it, i can't even believe that! i think you should seriously consider writing to the head of the company and expressing your anger. [i am kind of a pro at that, if a company displeases me i let them know!]
they probably won't take it off the air but perhaps you'll spark a conversation and someone will explain to you what the hell they were thinking where they made this stupid commercial.
